1. Material inertization
Usually made of inert materials such as glass, stainless steel, or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), the tube body is protected from chemical reactions or adsorption of CO2, ensuring that the sample is not contaminated or lost during collection and storage, and guaranteeing the accuracy of the test results.
2. Targeted design.
Design for the physical and chemical properties of CO2,  for example, adsorption type sampling tubes will be filled with adsorbents with high selectivity for CO2 (such as molecular sieves and amine materials), while absorption type sampling tubes will be equipped with dedicated absorption liquids, which can efficiently capture target gases and reduce interference from other gases.
3. Strong adaptability
It can be flexibly matched with sampling pumps, syringes, gas conduits and other equipment, supporting active sampling (such as power pumping) and passive sampling (such as diffusion), to meet the sampling needs in different scenarios, such as laboratory precision sampling or field sampling.
4. Convenience of operation
The structure is simple, and most models can start sampling by breaking the sealed end and connecting the sampling equipment. Some models come with valves or sealing covers, which can be quickly sealed and stored after sampling without complex operating procedures, making them suitable for rapid deployment on site.
5. Sample stability
In terms of ensuring design, emphasis is placed on sample preservation effects. For example, vacuum sampling tubes can be sealed with negative pressure, and the adsorbent of adsorption type sampling tubes can stably fix CO2, ensuring that the concentration of samples does not significantly change during transportation and storage (usually several hours to several days).
6. Environmental adaptability
Some models can be used within a wide temperature range (-20 ℃~60 ℃) and humidity, and can cope with different environmental conditions such as industrial workshops, outdoor atmospheres, and enclosed spaces. However, in extreme environments, product parameter limitations should be referred to.
